Logged out and in several times. Commands still fail to respond. Is there a reset of some sort?

Sorry, should have mentioned that I had already tried all the obvious stuff. "/spawn" gets me "You don't have permission". "/home" ignored. "/warp gwspawn" ignored. Any form of "/help" or "help" ignored. Funny that you ask how many times you must answer. A search of the forum for "void" or "fall" didn't show any solutions. This should be in the FAQ if it's this common. Still falling. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TY
